Раньше в кафе Bistro.kz, расположенном слева от входа в торговый центр «Ритц-палас», алматинцы перекусывали суши и пиццей, теперь же здесь открылся Tiffozzi bar. Несмотря на большое количество баров и пивных пабов в Алматы, это заведение стало сразу набирать популярность среди любителей выпить и закусить. И даже соседство постоянно переполненного бара Staut, открывшегося на месте Cinzano, не мешает небольшому залу Tiffozzi bar заполняться посетителями каждый вечер. Причин этому несколько: круглосуточный режим работы, невысокая цена фирменного хмельного напитка (1111 тг./2 л), симпатичный диджей, работающий тут же в зале, удобные мягкие диваны вокруг столиков и, наконец, меню. Его нельзя назвать обширным, но оно, тем не менее, предлагает все необходимое, чтобы вечер в дружной компании удался. Стандартную пивную закуску – фисташки (313 тг.) и чечел (313 тг.) – можно разнообразить вкусной бастурмой (616 тг.) или внушительной порцией ассорти из орешков (919 тг.). Кстати, по неизвестной причине цены всех блюд в меню – зеркальные, что забавно смотрится, но усложняет проверку итогового счета. «Салат из цыплят» (606 тг.), состоящий из куриного филе на листьях салата, заправленного пикантным соусом, подали достаточно быстро, а вот горячую закуску – колбаски с кислой капустой (1771 тг.) – пришлось подождать, зато к ней прилагается еще и ароматный жареный картофель.

На большую компанию (за одним столиком здесь могут разместиться человек семь-восемь) рекомендуем заказывать сырное ассорти (1111 тг.) – большую порцию самого разного соленого, плавленого, твердого сыра или куриные крылышки (616 тг.), которые подадут с хрустящим картофелем фри. Кстати, тем, кто приезжал сюда полакомиться пиццей, можно не менять своих привычек. «Маргарита» (1221 тг.) оказалась выше всяких похвал, все было приготовлено как положено – тонкое тесто с хрустящими краями, золотистый сыр и яркие, ароматные, сочные томаты. В меню предлагаются и другие самые популярные виды итальянского фастфуда, например пицца «Гавайская» (1551 тг.) с ананасами или «Сырная» (1111тг.). К пицце отдельно можно заказать пряный соус BBQ (212 тг.).

Дань итальянской кухне отдана в меню и наличием пасты – официантка порекомендовала «Тальятелли с телятиной» (1221 тг.) и не обманула, разве что блюдо оказалось несколько тяжелее, чем хотелось бы. Кроме чревоугодия, возлияний и выделывания коленцев на танцполе возле бара вечер можно разнообразить и ароматом кальяна (2222 тг.). На выбор искушенных алматинцев – яблочный, апельсиновый, вишневый или капучино. Кстати, каждая шестая кружка пива в баре подается бесплатно. А при заказе 8 кружек гостей ждет бесплатный кальян. Он же полагается при заказе на сумму более 10 000 тг. Возможно, Tiffozzi bar станет одним из мест на карте города, куда под утро будут приезжать подгулявшие клабберы и все, кто хочет либо продолжить банкет, либо прийти в себя после бурной ночи. Для таких есть супчики: солянка, суп-пюре из цветной капусты или грибной крем-суп (818 тг.), апельсиновый, яблочный, лимонный фреш (818 тг.) и неплохой выбор кофе.
